About SLL
Our heartfelt thanks go out to our donors, who are a necessary part of the StudentLoanList website. We need our donors in order to make the website a viable venture.
The student loan default rate in the United States is currently at about 9%, so we think it is important to note that our donors are not only helping out individual students but also helping our country by preventing our government from having to make payments on student loans that they have guaranteed to the various lending institutions.

Thank you to our donors! The students need you and the StudentLoanList appreciates your support of the website.

Many of our donors prefer to remain anonymous, but we are also providing an opportunity for those that don't want to be anonymous to have their name listed as a donor. Perhaps you would like a link to your own website ? If so please contact  info@studentloanlist.com  Donations may be made in memory of a loved one. If you know a donor, please thank them in person for their generosity!

This space reserved for our thanks to the first $1,000 donor.  Where are you ??

Definition of Altruism – from Wikipedia
A concern for the welfare of others. It is a traditional virtue in many cultures, and a core aspect of various religious traditions, though the concept of "others" toward whom concern should be directed can vary among cultures and religions. Altruism is the opposite of selfishness.
